A driving licence held for at least two years, a valid ID or passport, and a payment card in the driver's name. You can verify everything once in the app.
Is insurance included in the price?
Yes. Every rental includes third-party liability, collision damage and theft protection. You can lower the excess to zero with Full Cover at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pick-up. You can change dates, car or extras from the app at any time, subject to availability.
How does the deposit work?
We place a temporary hold on your card at pick-up. It's released within 24 hours of returning the car in the same condition.
Can I return the car in a different city?
Yes, one-way rentals are available between all our locations. The one-way fee is shown before you pay.
